Well, we made it! Welcome to 2022. This new year represents to me a new opportunity for us to use our collective expertise to drive our industry forward into the future!

Something that has really jumped out at me recently is the infiltration of the virtual world into the very real physical world of real estate ownership. Virtual penthouses and the bank of mum and dad bankrolling virtual land for their kids are just some of the examples we’re seeing. It might take me a minute to wrap my head around this, but you can read more about this new phenomena here.
Something much more familiar to me is the upcoming PMLR conference. Running on 17-18 February in the lovely Waurn Ponds Estate just outside Melbourne. It’s a great opportunity for Property Managers to increase their knowledge and extend their networks. You can grab your tickets here.
