As new regulatory requirements like AML are introduced in Australia, staying informed is no longer optional. That’s why this year at REIP we’re focused on practical, timely learning, including a new webinar series with AML Hub.

In a market where expertise matters, REIP aims to keep our members informed, complaint and up to date.
The launch of our AMLHub Webinar Series, delivers practical, up-to-date guidance on compliance, risk and best practice. The 2 part webinar series is now available and you can watch it here.
Alongside this, we’re expanding our learning offering throughout the year. Members can expect a stronger mix of targeted education, skills-based sessions, and curated content, including upcoming collaborations with partners such as REI Super and Renowned. All of it is focused on building capability that supports confident decision-making and strong business performance.
Market intelligence & member insights
We are also investing in deeper market intelligence and data-led insights to support better decision-making.
Through REIP Nexus, our podcast, and enhanced EDM content, we will be sharing more timely analysis, trend reporting, and practical intelligence. We are developing new data initiatives that will provide members with access to insights not currently available through major market portals.
This will be complemented by greater collaboration with agents in terms of gathering and sharing market observations, tactics and on-the-ground experience to strengthen collective industry knowledge.
Partnerships, innovation & advocacy
Strong partnerships remain central to REIP’s strategy.
In 2026, we will continue to build relationships across industry and adjacent sectors, including innovative Proptech providers, to bring practical solutions and real-world case studies directly to members.
Our new partnership with EveryDoor provides agents with early visibility of real buyer intent before properties reach the open market, using lifestyle-based searches and off-market interest signals to uncover demand that is often invisible through traditional portals.
The platform is currently in a Gold Coast pilot, with 6000 active users, they are offering REIP members free access to buyer leads and the ability to retain 100% commission on completed sales during the trial period.

REIP also remains firmly committed to advocacy. We will continue to represent and support agents through regulatory and market change, including auction legislation, rental reforms, and energy efficiency requirements, ensuring your voice is heard.
Together, these priorities reflect how we’re approaching 2026 at REIP. With clarity, practicality, and a strong focus on what genuinely supports agents in their day-to-day work. Staying informed, building capability will be key as the market continues to evolve.
