Whatever way you look at it, we’ve all faced turbulent times over the last couple of years in both our personal and professional lives. As industry leaders, it’s important we don’t underestimate our ability to help (or potentially hinder) our teams and our clients as we navigate a ‘new look’ world together.

Dr Louise Mahler recently published a great article on the 10 Leadership Lessons from Zelenskyy. Admired globally for his courage and determination, Volodymyr Zelenskyy also has the support of the Ukrainian people who are rallying around him as he fights on their behalf.

While each of the 10 lessons are all strategies we can employ, the lesson about accepting your ability to change and master new patterns really struck me as particularly relevant for all of us working in the current real estate environment.

Also, the first NSW Property Services Commissioner has announced his upcoming Regional Listening Tour. Events will be held across NSW in Nowra, Menai, Penrith and Chatswood. This is a great opportunity to meet the new minister in person, ask any burning questions you have and play a role in influencing the future of our industry.
