Another year has gone by at lightning speed and it’s hard to believe but we are now only 39 days away from Christmas!

It’s been a challenging 12 months for many of us. Interest rate rises, the rental crisis, international wars and a new strain of COVID continue to dominate our news cycles. Now, we are entering the Christmas party season which can be fun, but can also take a toll on our wellbeing and leave many of us feeling exhausted.

I encourage all of you to prioritise your self-care when you can so when you do have a break, you have some fuel left in the tank for your loved ones.
